The program consisted of stretching, strength training, mental health, and dietary. I had the pleasure of working in partnership with The Future Athlete Fitness in the summer of 2021. Brett Bullard of The Future Athlete created a 4 week program for a group of about 15 local student athletes which we implemented in our home gym. Brett’s program was extremely comprehensive, focusing on all around fitness, speed, and agility. I was particularly impressed with his rapport with the kids and the emphasis on educating and encouraging them throughout the program. The content was challenging but manageable for the kids, who were ages 12-15.
The kids’ response to Brett and the workouts was overwhelmingly positive. We even added a 2 week extension to the program because so many of them were eager to continue the workouts. Brett was extremely patient, kind, and supportive with the kids, while maintaining a focused and hardworking atmosphere.
I also asked Brett to work privately with my then 15 year old son to help him prepare for his first varsity football season. Brett prepared workouts to help him improve his speed, explosiveness, and agility. My son’s 40 yard dash time improved by 2 seconds in just a month, and he had a successful freshman season.
I would recommend The Future Athlete Fitness and Brett personally without hesitation. He is a good communicator, timely, responsive, motivated, and energetic. I have no doubt this company will impact and prepare countless young athletes in the future.

Tonight Gunner said, "Mom every time I'm with Coach Brett, I smile the whole time." That tells me we are doing the right thing as parents by putting him in front of a great Coach. Gunner has grown so much since our first meeting this summer. He is still so young but I am so glad he is starting on the right path to exercise, excellence and great coaching. From balancing, core, and just over all strength, we have seen great improvements in Gunner in this short period of time. He loves knowing that what he is doing now will make him a beast in the future and he is seeing the results of hard work!! #keepgoing
At the close of my son Max's last travel ball season, he knew the importance of staying in motion during the off season. As he's gotten older, he is understanding the need to focus on his strength and agility. We had a friend recommend Brett to us and decided to start the program. I'm so glad that we crossed paths and have Max training with him. From the first time that Max was training with him, I could see the genuine passion he has to teach and train these kids. He listens to their concerns and pushes them with his positivity. That grabbed Max's attention and pushed him to make new strides each week. Throughout the past few months not only has Max grown in his strength and speed, but his confidence and knowledge of how to prepare himself mentally and physically. Each week Max is eager to get into the gym, and the enthusiasm that Brett and Dylan give to the kids to "keep going" is just what they need. And even after completing the 8-week program, he has asked to keep it up. Great role models and an overall great program!
We reached out to Brett after seeing a friend’s post on Facebook. We had been discussing getting our son in a strengthening program, so this post came at the perfect time. We spoke with Brett and were encouraged after our first conversation. Mason began working with Brett and Dylan at the start of December. At first, he was hesitant because the “trying new things” aspect, but he was excited after his first session. I know it’s only been a short time, but we’ve noticed a change in him physically and mentally. Brett and Dylan are encouraging, motivating and supportive of Mason. They are teaching him the proper way to work out because there is so much more to it than walking in a gym and grabbing weights. We are so glad we joined The Future Athlete Fitness program and are looking forward to continuing with them.
